Our Viewing Trips

We offer clients the opportunity to travel to Bulgaria to inspect property before they purchase

At Bulgarian Hot Property we believe that the client should have control over when they go and what they see on the inspection trip. Our viewing trips are arranged around the clients needs. We purposely avoid 'arranged viewing trips' which can often involve agents using hard sell tactics to market their property. Our trips are tailored to suit the client.

We are confident that the apartments we promote offer good quality building at excellent prices

Viewing trip arrangements:

• The client decides whether they would like to view the property before buying. The client may also choose to reserve an apartment before they go by paying a £500 deposit. This will ensure that the apartment will be taken off the market and can not be sold.
• We will advise the client about which airlines fly to Bulgarian airports and can assist in all aspects of arranging the flights
• The client informs us off their flight details.
• We will arrange accommodation in Bulgaria.
• Clients will be picked up from the airport and transferred to their accommodation
• The client is taken on the viewing trip
• The client will be transferred back to the airport to meet their return flight home.

Generally three to four days is sufficient for clients to visit Bulgaria. However we have found that often our clients like to incorporate the viewing trip into a week long holiday. We can of course assist with this option.

Flights

There are scheduled flights to Bulgaria every day from the UK. Charter flights also fly to local airports during both the ski and summer seasons.
