Payment Terms

• 1000 Euro reservation fee(deducted from the price)
• 30% Deposit at Preliminary contract
• 60% of the asking price on equal monthly installments
• 10% upon completion of development (December 2005)

Reservation of apartments

You can reserve your apartment by transferring 1000 euro. We will take the property off the market for two weeks. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price of the apartment when a Preliminary Purchase Agreement is signed.The Reservation Fee is non-refundable if a preliminary agreement is not signed within six weeks of reservation.

Maintenance Services

Annual fee for maintenance and security €8 per sqm per annum. A service and maintenance cost will be charged for common area maintenance, lighting (staircase, parking, adjacent area, etc.) and other miscellaneous costs.
