At 300 m from Bansko centre and at 1,000 m from the first station of the ski lift is situated a new holiday residential complex Vihren. It is composed of two buildings - A and B section, as a whole architectural complex with 3,300 sq. m gross-floor area. It has three levels and an attic floor, a courtyard atrium type with children's area and a cafe, there is an underground parking with 21 places. On the ground floor there is a 50-seat restaurant and four shops for industrial goods. The residential part includes 21 one-room apartments of 42-55 sq. m and 9 two-room apartments of 68-122 sq. m. Most of the apartments look to Pirin mountain. The complex is expected to be completed and to start operation in June 2005.
