Tzarigradski residential complex is located near Tzarigradsko shose blvd., behind Toyota show-room, in Druzhba 2 residential district. It is situated in 50 000 sq. m building plot area. The closed type complex has its own infrastructure and services. The construction is divided in three stages with total number of nine buildings. At the first stage four buildings with 330 flats will be developed consisting of 8 floors above the ground and one underground. The ground levels are designed for commercial and service zone and the underground level is meant for a car park place. The whole complex has a total number of 1300 apartments and over 1300 parking lots. There will be situated a swimming pool, gym and a spa centre with a mineral water, kindergarten, bank office, mall, corner shops, restaurants and many other facilities. One of the buildings is developed as an administrative on the area of 10 000 sq. m. The completion of the whole complex is scheduled for the end of 2008.
